Barbers from all over the world travel to Portland Oregon to compete for the crown, prize money, and of course bragging rights. Scholarship Fund

Angel Bagley-Savage was a pioneer in the Portland barber industry. She was widely recognized as one of the best barbers in the state. Being a male dominate industry Angel instantly stood out, she was so talented and her attention to detail in every haircut was incomparable. From flashy designs, fresh fades, beard trims, razor sharp lines, or just a simple cut, Angel could do it all. Her love for people and the barbering craft made her an instant success. She helped so many individuals in the barber industry from teaching, words of encouragement and judging barber competitions. She was the HAIRGODS BARBER + SNEAKER COMPETITION premier judge 3 consecutive years! Angel was widely loved by many family, friends and clients. With this scholarship, her name will forever ring in the barber/ hair industry and we will continue the work she begun.
